Membership with the YCBA is open to any individual or firm whose
primary business is the building or remodeling of homes, commercial
structures or who is engaged in any related trade industry or profession
to the building industry. Applicants must be approved by the Board
of Directors and must adhere to a strict Code
of Ethics. Membership dues for 2008 are $415.00 (for applications
submitted prior to November 1, 2008).

Membership Affiliation
Acceptance into membership of the YCBA also provides affiliate memberships
to the Pennsylvania Builders Association(PBA)
and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Each affiliate provides their own distinct discount programs for members
and a wide array of money-saving discount programs that benefit your
business, your employees and even your family! From money-saving discounts
for services such as Pitney Bowes and UPS, to product discounts such

The YCBA provides various forums for networking, company promotion, and educational opportunities.
