Membership is open to any individual or firm whose primary business
is the building or remodeling of homes, commercial structures or who
is engaged in any related trade industry or profession to the building
industry. Applicants must be approved by the Board of Directors and
must adhere to a strict Code
of Ethics. Membership dues for 2010 are $440.00 (for applications
submitted prior to November 1, 2010).
Acceptance into membership of the Association also provides affiliate
memberships to the Pennsylvania Builders Association(PBA) and the National Association of Home
Builders (NAHB). Each affiliate provides their own distinct
discount programs for members and a wide array of money-saving discount
programs that benefit your business, your employees and even your
family! From money-saving discounts for services such as Pitney Bowes
and UPS, to product discounts such as Dell and $500 off GM vehicles.

The York Builders Association provides various forums for networking,
company promotion, and educational opportunities. Monthly membership
events provide the opportunity to make new contacts, interact with
members and share valuable information. In addition to our general
membership events, the Association has two councils and a discussion
group which target specific disciplines within the home building industry
and give members with common interests the opportunity to exchange
ideas and develop policies that benefit their areas of interest. For
