Women's Council

Increasing numbers of women are building successful careers in construction, real estate, mortgage banking, advertising and countless other industry-related fields. Women are a powerful force contributing to the nation's thriving building industry.

The YCBA Women's Council was formed to promote women in the building industry. The Council is dedicated to promoting, enhancing and supporting home building and the professional growth of women within the industry.

The YCBA Women's Council provides support and valuable connections along with useful information and education to enhance personal and professional growth.

Community Service

The council enjoys giving back to the community and has adopted the Children's Home of York as their charity for 2006 and 2007.

Meetings

Meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month. They begin at 11:30am and end promptly at 1:00pm. See Calendar of Events for the next Women's Council meeting.

Membership

Membership in the Women's Council is open to all women of YCBA member companies. (Owners, employees of a member or family of a member)

Membership in the YCBA Women's Council membership also includes membership in the Pennsylvania Builders Association Women's Council and the National Association of Home Builders Women's Council.
