Proposed Bylaw Changes

The following two separate bylaw changes will be presented to the Board of Directors for consideration at their February 27, 2013 meeting.  Association bylaws require notice of proposed bylaw changes be presented to the membership for comment prior to consideration by the Directors.  Please feel free to share your thoughts about either or both to any Director or to Staff.  Language that is proposed to be removed is noted in the body of the current language by "strike throughs" and additions to the current language are noted by yellow highlights.
