Continuing Education CGR - Certified Graduate Remodeler is an exclusive professional designation designed to emphasize business management skills as the key to a professional remodeling operation. CGA - Certificate Graduate Associate is a professional designation for associate members aimed at gaining a greater understanding of the home building business, construction process, and industry issues. CAPS - Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists designation program teaches the technical, business management, and customer service skills essential to competing in the fastest growing segment of the residential remodeling industry - home modifications for aging in place. York Builders Remodelors™ Council is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelors™ Council Membership Membership in the Remodelors™ Council is open to any Association member. Annual membership dues are $63, which includes membership in the NAHB's Remodelors™ Council. Meetings are held the first Monday of each month (except July, August, and December). Meetings consist of a meal, networking time and a speaker providing information on industry and business related topics.
