President
Tony Myers | Kinsley Construction, Inc.
Tony is a long time employee of Kinsley Construction, where he started as a Carpenter and progressed to Manager of Lexington Builders, part of the Kinsley umbrella of companies. Kinsley is a custom new homebuilder and remodeler in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. Tony has served on the YBA Board of Directors the past three years and is excited about serving as the 2013 President. He says serving as a volunteer leader has given him more than he has have given in return. |  | Vice President
Barry Strine | Strine's Heating & Air Conditioning Barry was born and raised in York, PA. He attended Central York High School and graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from York College. He has been married to Kathryn for nearly 40 years and has three children, Christopher, Mary Kate and Patrick, and five grandchildren. In 1974 he joined his father, Paul Strine, in his new business, Strine’s Service - in 1986 they were incorporated as Strine’s Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. Barry became president of Strine’s after Paul’s retirement in 1992.
Barry has been active with the Association as Chair of the Home Show Committee, a trustee of the YBA Insurance Trust, Chair of the Associates Committee, Associate Vice President, member of the Remodelers Council, and is very active in various YBA activities. Barry says the York Builders Association has been an asset to his company and to me him as an individual. He is excited to return the favor as the 2013 Vice President. |  | Secretary/Treasurer
Josh George | Site Design Concepts
Josh is a licensed professional engineer with expertise in land planning, site development design, municipal approvals, and permitting. After earning a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, Josh returned to York County to provide consulting services to home builders, developers, and others who develop real estate. At Site Design Concepts, Inc., Josh is responsible for business development, project management, and client relations. Josh serves on numerous non-profit boards and committees including the Rotary Club of York, the Small Enterprise Development Company, and Associated Builders and Contractors.
Josh will bring his passion for client advocacy and cost-conscious design to his role as Secretary/Treasurer of the York Builders Association Board of Directors. His previous experience as a YBA and PBA board member will help him work with YBA’s other board members and officers to steer the Association during these challenging economic times. |  | Associate Vice President
Bob Myers, III | John H. Myers & Son
Bob is Vice President of Business Development for John H. Myers & Son and formerly the fourth generation owner. Bob attended Penn State University and received a B.A. in Journalism, but actually began his career in 1972 while still in high school. 2013 is his 41st year in the building industry and with John H. Myers & Son.
Bob is active in numerous Builder Associations including the HBAMH and HBAM, where he serves on several boards and committees. He also serves on the board at York Habitat for Humanity and Penn State York. He is honored to be the Associate Vice President this year and looks forward to helping direct the Association in all its efforts to achieve our mission statement. |  | Immediate Past President
Jeff Henry | Jeffrey L. Henry, General Contractor
Jeff is a custom home building & remodeling contractor and President of Jeffrey L. Henry, Inc. His office is located in Red Lion and the majority of his work is focused in the York Area. He has been in the building industry for 24 years and in more recent years has been chairman of the Training & Education Committee as well as the Membership Committee at the YBA. He has also participated in and assisted with the Parade of Homes. He was proud to serve as President during 2012 and looks forward to the opportunity to continue his service at the Association. Jeff says, the York Builders Association has, and will continue to play an important role in his personal and business development. |  |
